Route first, then submit

Give us the full picture so we can start on the next reply

Sales selection, technical issues, billing checks, and partnership requests require different details. Choose an issue type first, then clearly provide the node, term, configuration, or reproduction steps. VMRunner offers support only by email or tickets submitted after signing in to the console.

What to email and what to submit as a ticket

Email is best for pre-order selection and partnership requests. For issues tied to an order, node, payment record, or connection failure, sign in to the console and submit a ticket so the case history and order stay together.

Sales selection

You have not chosen a model, term, or node

In your email, describe the build type, task duration, concurrency, peak memory, estimated storage, and your team’s primary location. We’ll check against the three available configurations without adding models outside the catalog.

Technical support

The issue is tied to an order or physical node

Sign in to the console and submit a ticket with the order ID, node city, incident time, reproduction steps, and redacted logs. Keep connection failures, build errors, and disk issues in the same ticket.

Billing check

The order amount, payment record, or billing item does not match

Provide the order ID, USD amount, payment type, and items to verify in the ticket. Do not submit full card details, wallet private keys, or any payment credentials that could be used directly.

Partnerships

Volume nodes, long-term workflows, or team collaboration needs

Email your team size, workload, preferred nodes, rental term, and expected delivery schedule. For security or compliance materials, use the support email as well.

Billing terms

All orders are settled in USD

VMRunner models, terms, and add-ons are priced in USD. Available payment options are determined by the console and are limited to the following two methods.

Digital asset
USDT-TRC20
Bank card
Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via Stripe)

For a billing check, provide the order ID, USD amount, payment type, and billing items to verify. Never include full card numbers, security codes, or wallet private keys in an email or ticket.

Check first

These tasks go directly to the right workflow

Ordering, order management, connection setup, and common issues each have a dedicated entry point. Complete the basic checks first, then submit a ticket to reduce delays caused by missing information.

ORDER

Choose a configuration and place an order

Compare VMRunner M4 S, VMRunner M4 X, and VMRunner M4 Pro X, then choose daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly billing and a target node.
